We take great pride in the work we make and want to ensure that you do, too!

All of our jewelry is made by hand and made to order. We do not carry extensive inventory of our products. When you order an item it will be made after your order has been placed. That means you will be getting a fresh, hot off the press piece of jewelry but it also means we need a couple of days to process your order. Typically this will be 3-5 business days. According to order volume or busier times of the year, this may change. If you have concerns about when your item will ship, please reach out and send a message to hello@oldbloodjewelrywears.com.

MATERIALS WE USE:

All of our items start from "scratch" with all materials being sourced in the U.S.A. Below is some info about the materials we use in our products.

All of our Ear Wires are made from Sterling Silver or 14 karat Gold filled wire.
All of our metal components are made by hand and are made from Sterling Silver or High quality Brass.
All of our chains and clasps are manufactured and are made from Brass with sterling silver or 18 karat gold plating.
All leather and semi precious stones used are sourced in the United States. We strive to find the best quality of each every season.

JEWELRY CARE:

Do not wear your jewelry in the shower, pool or ocean.
Do not wear your jewelry during workouts.
If an item has become tarnished and does not contain leather or stones, you can use a polishing cloth, jewelry cleaning dip or scrub with some baking soda and warm water.
If an item has become tarnished and does contain leather or stones, carefully use a polishing cloth to shine the metal components of your jewelry.
If possible hang your jewelry up on a display, or keep separated in a jewelry box to prevent chains from tangling.

Terms of service, Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

TERMS OF SERVICE:

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through our website, the right to correct any change in pricing & the right to discontinue an item at any time for any reason. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required of us. All prices are shown in United states dollars (USD).

This website is designed to accept the following forms of payment:

Visa, mastercard, american express, & discover card payments through Stripe's online payments processing
Paypal payments through Paypal's online payment processing
Old blood jewelry & wears gift cards through squarespace

wholesale terms of service:

Our wholesale line sheet pages are password protected. if you are a qualified buyer interested in opening a wholesale account with us, please email us at hello@oldbloodjewelrywears.com so that we can send you the login credentials to compile or purchase your order. wholesale minimum opening orders are $150.00 or a ten piece minimum. orders do not ship until paid for unless we have reached some other arrangements or terms. Lead Times may vary depending on the size of the order, the studio's order volume & time of year. Generally, we can deliver in 3-6 weeks.

SHIPPING:

All items are shipped from our studio located in Germantown, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Please allow 3-5 days for your item to ship! Everything is handmade to order here and we need time to make it.
All items ship via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority mail. If you need to request a different carrier, service level or extra insurance, please contact us at hello@oldbloodjewelrywears.com.
If you need rush shipping, please contact us at hello@oldbloodjewelrywears.com and make a note in the "notes" form of the checkout page. We will try to accommodate your request as best we can.
We will send an emailed notification once the item has shipped. Please wait at least 24 hours from the time you receive a shipping confirmation email before inquiring about the status of a package.

DAMAGES:

If an item you receive is damaged, please contact us with your order number at hello@oldbloodjewelrywears.com within 48 hours and include a photograph of the damage. We will get back to you right away to let you know how we are handling it.

EXCHANGES:

If you receive an object and it is not as you would like, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right. We offer exchanges for the exact item or another item(s) of equal value.

We must be made aware of the intent to exchange within ten (10) days of the item being received.
Items must be returned in the original condition they were received, along with any tags or packaging included.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
International customers will also be responsible for any duties and taxes that may apply.
If the item(s) are not received within 30 days of original purchase, the exchange will be cancelled.

RETURNS:

We will gladly accept returns on our items in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. If you would like to return an item, please contact us with your order number at h ello@oldbloodjewelrywears.com and follow these guidelines:

We must be made aware of the intent to exchange within ten (10) days of the item being received.
Items must be returned in the original condition they were received, along with any tags or packaging included.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
International customers will also be responsible for any duties and taxes that may apply.
Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our studio. Make sure they are packed properly and cannot get damaged during shipping. All goods will be inspected upon return.
Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately three days after the date of processing.
If the item(s) are not received within 30 days of original purchase, the refund will be cancelled.
Only products purchased directly through Old Blood Jewelry & Wears Website may be returned. Our products purchased from another retailer must be returned to the original seller.
